I haven't received a shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, log into your account to view your order status, or contact us with your order number. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.

My tracking shows "delivered" but I haven't received my package.

Please check with neighbors, building reception, or any safe places where the courier may have left your package. If you still can't locate it, contact the courier directly with your tracking number, then reach out to us within 7 days if unresolved.

My package has been stuck in transit for several days. Is this normal?

Some delays can occur during transit, especially during peak seasons or when crossing borders. If there's no update for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact us and we'll investigate.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has shipped?

Address changes after shipment may be possible depending on the courier and current package location. Contact us immediately and we'll try to arrange a redirect. Additional fees may apply.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

The courier will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. After failed attempts, your package will be held at the nearest courier depot for 5-7 days. A notification card will be left with pickup instructions or rescheduling options.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Standard deliveries are made during business hours (typically 9 AM - 6 PM). For express shipments in Bucharest, you may request a specific time window at checkout (subject to availability). Alternatively, consider using our pickup point/locker option for more flexibility.
