4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Romanian public holidays) after payment confirmation.

High Demand Periods: During sales events (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing times may be extended by 1-3 additional business days. We appreciate your patience during peak seasons.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- Link to the courier's tracking page
- Estimated delivery date

6. Delivery Information
6.1 Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including:
- Full name of recipient
- Street name and number
- Apartment/building details (if applicable)
- City and postal code
- County (for Romania) or Country
- Phone number for courier contact
Important: We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees.
6.2 Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful:
- The courier will leave a notification with instructions
- You may be able to reschedule delivery or redirect to a pickup point
- After failed attempts, the package will be held at the courier depot for collection (usually 5-7 days)
- Uncollected packages will be returned to us
6.3 Signature on Delivery
For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery for:
- Orders over 500 RON
- High-value items
- Cash on Delivery orders
7. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on:
- Size and Weight: Oversized or heavy items may require special shipping arrangements and additional fees
- Hazardous Materials: Some products cannot be shipped by air or to certain destinations
- Destination Restrictions: Some remote areas may have limited delivery options
If your order is affected by shipping restrictions, we will contact you before processing.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
8.1 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Note the damage on the courier's delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
- Contact us within 48 hours at shipping@homyone.com
- We will file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund
8.2 Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors or building security
- Check any safe places where the courier may have left it
- Contact the courier directly with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate
8.3 Delayed Shipments
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- Courier capacity issues during peak periods
- Incorrect address information
We are not liable for delays beyond our control but will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
9. Special Shipping Services
9.1 Gift Wrapping
We offer gift wrapping services for an additional 15 RON per item. Select this option at checkout and include a personalized message if desired.
9.2 Scheduled Delivery
For express shipments within Bucharest, you may request a specific delivery time window (subject to availability and additional fees).
9.3 Bulk Orders
For large or bulk orders, please contact us for custom shipping quotes and arrangements at business@homyone.com.
10. Transfer of Risk
In accordance with Romanian and EU consumer law:
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a person designated by you) physically receives the goods
- If you arrange your own carrier (not offered by us), risk passes when we hand over the goods to your carrier
11. Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union:
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by your country
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
- Please contact your local customs office for more information
