How do I place an order?

- Select the quantity, size, color, or other options as needed
- Click "Add to Cart"

- Enter your shipping information and select a delivery method
- Choose your payment method and complete the purchase
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

After shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse delivery or return the item once received following our Return & Refund Policy.
The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of making changes before your order is processed.
Why was my payment declined?

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, a fiscal invoice is included with every order. You will also receive a digital copy via email after your order is shipped. If you need a company invoice with specific billing details, please provide the company name, CUI, and registered address during checkout or contact us after placing your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Romania:
- Standard Shipping: 15 RON (FREE on orders over 250 RON)
- Express Shipping: 35 RON
- Pickup Point/Locker: 12 RON (FREE on orders over 200 RON)
- Cash on Delivery: +20 RON additional fee
European Union: Shipping costs range from 25-55 EUR depending on destination. Free shipping on orders over 500 EUR.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:
Romania:
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Pickup Point: 2-3 business days
European Union: 3-10 business days depending on destination
Note: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take an additional 1-3 days.
How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also:
- Visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your order number
- Log into your account and view your order history
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
Tracking information usually becomes available within 24 hours of shipment.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to all European Union countries and select international destinations including the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Important for non-EU countries: Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices.

What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

If you're not available during delivery:
- The courier will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts
- A notification card will be left with rescheduling instructions
- You may be able to redirect the package to a pickup point or neighbor
- After failed attempts, the package will be held at the courier depot (usually 5-7 days)
Tip: Consider using our Pickup Point/Locker option for more flexibility!
My package shows delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors or building security/reception
- Look in safe places where the courier may have left it (porch, garage, etc.)
- Contact the courier directly with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days at shipping@homyone.com
We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided they are:
- In original, unused, and undamaged condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached

How do I return an item?

- Step 2: Receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Step 4: Ship the package to our returns address (include RMA number)
- Step 5: Receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the return
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt.
Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
- Defective or damaged product: Homyone pays return shipping
- Wrong item received: Homyone pays return shipping
- Product not as described: Homyone pays return shipping
For returns at our expense, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
How long does it take to receive my refund?

What warranty do your products have?
